Our Summer term topic is Rivers. We have been investigating rivers and learning about the water cycle. This is our class display which we have all created at a team! Can you label the 'Journey of the river' and the 'Water cycle'? We can!

Enterprise skills - team working and communication
Maths skills - measuring and weighing out ingredients, scaling up and down for different quantities
Literacy skills - following instructions and using modal and imperative verbs
Tasting skills - DELICIOUS!

We have made our very own 'Shaun the Sheep' for our animation project!
To finish off our Tudor topic we researched and made our own Tudor Houses - rich and poor!
We have been learning all about Henry VIII and his six wives. Here are some of our royal portraits.
Our topic this term is the Tudors (History), William Shakespeare (English). Our class book is 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.

Y5/6W pupils gave us a lesson in using MAKEY MAKEY! We are now ready to connect to our guitars, watch out for the pictures.
In literacy we created our own Haunted House stories. Our stories included amazing descriptions to scare the teacher and leave her in suspense!
We are proud of our displays inside and outside our classroom.
Our Art work this term was 'A Sense of Place' we created our own landscapes based on various artists, William Turner, Thomas Gainsborough, John Constable and Claude Monet.
