Solar Eclipse
Fri 20 Mar 2015We hope all our children enjoyed viewing the solar eclipse. It remained very cloudy but we did manage to see part of it. Unforunately, it was bright enough to use out home-made pinhole cameras.

Maths Puzzle Day
Fri 13 Mar 2015We'd like to say a big thank you to the Maths Puzzle Company for a super day. Our pupils managed to demonstrate a range of Enterprise Skills during the session including Problem Solving, Teamwork, Risk and Positive Attitude.

Red Nose Day
Fri 13 Mar 2015Congratulations to all the pupils, parents, staff and our local community for their effort for Red Nose Day this year. We raised £316 and sold 120 noses!

Red Nose Day 13th March 2015
Mon 02 Mar 2015As you are already aware, to raise money for comic relief children can donate £1 to come to school out of uniform and, if they wish, “Make their face Funny for Money” but we’d also like to raise a bit more for others who have greater needs than ourselves so…
…Please could all children bring a chocolate or sweet item for their Class Goodie bag! Then if they wish to spend an extra £1 on a raffle ticket to win their class bag of treats they could end up “Filling their Tummy for money” too!
This could raise an additional £166, if everybody took part, and would make a huge difference. For example: if everyone brought £1 for dressing up and £1 for the goody bag raffle we could save 66 children’s lives by providing Pneumonia vaccines. We would really appreciate your support and donations. Thank you! -
