Whole school art project
Fri 24 Nov 2023Today, we have finished out whole school art project with Jordanna. We are so pleased with the final result.
Each child has created a model using silk clay. These have then be glued onto a piece of art work created by Jordanna.
We can't wait to put it on display in school.

Remembrance day
Fri 10 Nov 2023This week we have been focusing on Remembrance day.
The children have looked at the work of Jacqueline Hurley and created a display inspired by her work.
Today, we have had a Remembrance assembly and a 2 minutes silence at 11am.
The children have also enjoyed a Remembrance themed lunch.

Excel Martial Arts Assembly
Wed 08 Nov 2023Liam, from Excel Martial Arts, joined us in assembly today to launch next week's anti-bullying week. He spoke to the children about confidence and ways to handle bullying.
To start Anti-bullying week, we are going to wear odd socks on Monday 13th November. On Wednesday, each class will take part in a Anti-bullying workshop with Derbyshire Police.
