Introduction
At Killamarsh Junior School, we are committed to promoting equality, celebrating diversity, and fostering an inclusive environment where every pupil and member of staff feels valued, respected, and supported. In line with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), we aim to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity, and foster good relations across all protected characteristics.
