  • Millie Bright visits her old school to inspire our children

    Tue 23 Oct 2018

Kids are having a great time and being inspired by Millie Bright. Hard work can lead to success of all types! They have had a great time in Assembly asking questions and learning what positive attitude can achieve.

Some our pupils had a training match with Millie and talked to the press about , football, positive attitude and the inspiration people like Millie can be to us.

Children have also loved seeing all the different people and their jobs in action. Camera men, sound technicians, PR people, sporting agents and FA staff...quite a day for them all!

Check out Look North and Calendar at lunch and tea time today as you may see footage! :-)

The whole school took part in a Recycling workshop. It was a good way to learn more about recycling following our battery collection. It also linked nicely to the Year 3 and 4 work about plastics in the ocean.
